Platinum-selling country rocker Jason Aldean [ tickets ] has extended his winter run behind "Wide Open," adding a slew of 2010 dates that push the outing into late March.

The Georgia-based performer, who recently wrapped the fall portion of the tour, will return to the road beginning with a Jan. 22 show in Greenville, SC. So far, 23 performances are slated for the new leg, which currently concludes March 27 in Saint Charles, MO. Two one-off shows in July are also on the books, with more dates to come. Details are shown below. Country singer Luke Bryan will open the shows. "Luke and I grew up playing in some of the same clubs down in Georgia, so it will be really cool to have him out with us," Aldean posted in a statement at his website. Aldean has maintained a constant touring pace since the April release of "Wide Open," his third studio album, which debuted at No. 2 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The record has spawned two hit singles thus far: "She's Country" and "Big Green Tractor." In August, the country singer released "Wide Open Live & More," his first-ever live concert DVD, which was filmed in March at a sold-out Knoxville concert.
