Boston rockers Killswitch Engage [ tickets ] have unveiled a winter trek of the US as they continue to back last summer's self-titled release.

The headlining run, which gets underway Feb. 4 in Boston, will crisscross the country, stopping by clubs and theaters in 32 cities. The Devil Wears Prada and Dark Tranquility will provide opening support on the outing, which currently concludes with a March 21 performance in Wallingford, CT. Details are below.

In July, Killswitch Engage dropped a self-titled set--the group's fifth studio effort and the follow-up to 2006's "As Daylight Dies." The latest release peaked at No. 7 on The Billboard 200, making it the highest-charting album for the band to date.

"You'll hear some things vocally that I've never done," frontman Howard Jones stated of the new album at the band's website. "You can count on anthems and positive lyrics, but hey, there's times when the sun isn't shining so brightly and some songs reflect that."

Earlier this month, Killswitch Engage announced that the outfit's single "The End of Heartache" will be a part of the roster of songs for the forthcoming Van Halen Guitar Hero video game. The song is the title track of the group's 2004 album, which was nominated for Best Metal Performance at the 47th annual Grammy Awards.
